公開サーバをPHP5.2.1にアップグレードする RHEL4(RedHat Enterprise Linux ES v4)

ローカルサーバのPHP5.2.1が安定しているようなので公開サーバにも適用した。

公開サーバにはpostgresqlも入っているので、--with-pgsql=/usrを追加。
